Curry Sauce
¼ lb. Butter
½ Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1 cup Coconut Flakes
¼ lb Flour
½ cup Curry Powder
3 Small cans Coconut milk
½ qt. Heavy Cream
Melt butter, add onion and garlic sauté, add floor. Cook 1 minute, add coconut milk and curry. Cook until thickened (about 5-8 minutes)
